Established in 1999, the sino-joint venture Wuxi Seamless Oil Pipes Co., Ltd. (WSP), is a newly established, modernized and professional enterprise dealing with the manufacturing of seamless steel pipes for the petroleum industry. Our main products include casing and tubing for the petroleum industry with multiple specifications, grades, materials and connections, which are widely used in on-shore and off-shore well-drilling for oil and gas as well as pipe line transferring. In addition, WSP also produces perforating pipes, drill pipes and line pipes in different specifications to meet the demands of different clients. WSP has plenty of high technology and new technology products and national patents including buttress tubing, tubes for perforating guns, upsetting tubing, 37Mn5 modulated casing, premium connection WSP-1T, high casing WSP-105H for hot well-drilling, and non-API high collapse casing WSP95T and WSP110T. WSP follows the ISO9001:2000 quality control system and API standards with long term maintenance and continuous improvement of product quality. WSP has advanced rolling and manufacturing technology and equipment. With a superb quality control system, high quality products and good services, our products are used at some of the main oilfields in China, including: Daqing, Shengli, Xinjiang, Changqin, Zhongyuan and Tuha. They are also exported to the USA, Canada, central Asia and the Middle East (about twenty countries and regions all together). With the great development of WSP, WSP now has yearly productivity of 1,100,000 MT of molten iron, 1,400,000 MT of steel, 800,000 MT of seamless pipe (outside diameter from 1"-14", wall thickness from 2mm-25.4mm), a yearly manufacturing output of 500,000 MT of OCTG (outside diameter from 2 3/8"-20") and 200,000 MT of drill pipe. WSP also has a hot treatment capacity of 300,000 MT and an upsetting capacity of 100,000 MT for seamless steel pipe.
